Worldwide delivery
We can deliver to most places in the world. The method of postage will vary depending on where you live. For UK mainland residents our standard delivery is by First Class Mail. If you live elsewhere, delivery is generally by Post Office/Parcelforce.
You can view postage and packing prices on the shopping basket page. Simply log-in, or enter a postal or zip code and choose your country. A full list of countries to which we can deliver can be found further down this page.
A cost-effective service
We always aim to use the most cost-effective method of despatch for your order. Generally, UK orders up to 2kg are delivered by first class Royal Mail. UK orders over 2kg and international orders are normally despatched by Post Office/Parcelforce and cost will depend on weight.
For orders placed before 11.00am, we aim to despatch the same day. Orders received after 11.00am will be despatched the next working day. Times may vary if any item on your order is out of stock (See our 'Out of stock policy' in our general terms and conditions).
Efficiency you can rely on
As a general rule, for UK Mainland orders you should expect your order to arrive within 4 working days, for other locations please allow 5 to 10 working days. We always aim to despatch your order as quickly as possible, but please note we cannot be held responsible for any delays which may be caused by any third parties.
If you have specific delivery requirements, for example if the item you are ordering is for a special occasion, please inform us of this in the 'Special Instructions' box at checkout.
Please note:
Deliveries by Post Office/Parcelforce may require a signature. Post Office/Parcelforce will attempt to deliver the parcel on two occasions. If you are out they will leave a card so that you can either contact them to make arrangements for redelivery or pick the goods up from the depot. After two unsuccessful deliveries the order will be returned to us.
If you wish to have the parcel redelivered or if you decide to change your delivery address after the parcel has been dispatched we will charge you a further £12.00.
Before checkout please double check that your delivery address is correct and that you enter any necessary details in the Special Instructions box (eg. Leave at next door neighbours, behind the gate etc.) If you give an instruction to leave the package somewhere please note that because no signature will be taken, neither Post Office/Parcelforce nor Lilybanks Confectionery can be held responsible for your package after it has been delivered.
