All weights and measures on this website are shown in grams and kilograms. In England, of course, confectionery has traditionally always been measured in pounds and ounces. If you have difficulty imagining metric weights, don't worry, just have a look at the conversion table below.

Please note that the minimum weight order for most of our products is 200g.
