Being a UK Company, we are bound by the government's UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, which came into force on 31st October 2000 and which are designed to ensure consumers are treated fairly.

All photographs, descriptions and illustrations on this website are intended only to give a general idea of our products and may not be at 100 percent scale. Actual items may vary from those shown.

We reserve the right to cancel and/or refund any orders in cases where mispricing or technical faults have or may have occurred.

We reserve the right to change or remove without notice any information on this website as necessary.

All purchases with Lilybanks Confectionery are made through the Nochex system (http://www.nochex.com), offering optimum security and fraud prevention.
We do not at any point receive your credit card information, only notification that the transaction has been authorised.

All ingredients and additional information (eg. allergy advice) listed are for guidance purposes only and we accept no responsibility for any inaccuracies. Manufacturers and suppliers may change product ingredients at any time and our website might not reflect these changes. If you would like absolute clarification of ingredients or allergy information for specific products, please contact us and we will put you in touch with the manufacturers or suppliers direct. Always refer to the ingredients listed on any prepacked items.

If you have specific delivery requirements, for example if the item you are ordering is for a special occasion, please inform us of this in the 'Special Instructions' box at checkout.

Please note:

Deliveries by Post Office/Parcelforce may require a signature. Post Office/Parcelforce will attempt to deliver the parcel on two occasions. If you are out they will leave a card so that you can either contact them to make arrangements for redelivery or pick the goods up from the depot. After two unsuccessful deliveries the order will be returned to us.

If you wish to have the parcel redelivered or if you decide to change your delivery address after the parcel has been dispatched we will charge you a further £12.00.

Before checkout please double check that your delivery address is correct and that you enter any necessary details in the Special Instructions box (eg. Leave at next door neighbours, behind the gate etc.) If you give an instruction to leave the package somewhere please note that because no signature will be taken, neither Post Office/Parcelforce nor Lilybanks Confectionery can be held responsible for your package after it has been delivered.

If any of the items on your order are out of stock we will hold your order if stock is expected to arrive with us shortly or, if a longer wait is expected, we will despatch the balance of your order and send you the out of stock item as soon as it arrives with us.

In rare cases will may opt to send a substitute product instead, but in such an instance we will contact you by email first.
