Returns policy

At Lilybanks Confectionery we pride ourselves on stocking only the finest quality confectionery. It is our wish that you should be delighted with your purchase from us and we do everything we can to ensure this is the case.

If for any reason you would like to cancel or exchange an order, you may do so at any time before delivery and up to 7 working days after delivery. Please inform us by telephone: 0870 8743330, by email: info@lilybanksconfectionery.co.uk or by post at the address below. We will refund your money within 30 days or provide replacement items if this is what you require.

If you do decide to cancel or exchange your order you must then return the goods to us. If we are at fault we will refund the cost of return, within reason. If we are not at fault this will be at your own expense. You will also be responsible for any loss or damage in transit, so please ensure you have sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. Please despatch returned items to:
